Special Auto Financing New Credit |
|

Automotive dealerships over the pass 17 pass years, like it or hate it, flooded the consumer car market with hugh ad campaigns offering buyers auto financing for practically anyone that walked and breathe air in the showroom offers. Example " No Down Payment, No Credit, No Job", you name it including sub prime buyers in the past decade. Due to a reality bloody recession and bank tightening of credit lending, many dealers chose to close their Special Finance Departments entirely. Many Dealers got a real jolt to learn the hundred of thousand of dollars yearly the bank fees, bank acquistion or new verbage "marketing fees" to get car loans in subprime finance fico zone approval.
While dealers in the pass and many today continue to lose hundreds of thousand of dollars to sell sub prime buyers paper, plus merchandising subprime cars to fit the lenders criteria and lenders stipulaton to marry the subprime consumer became a real challenge for Dealer today. The subprime market continued for the Dealer Financial Statement looked grimmed. The placement of customer on the wrong cars, stuctures equal negative profit to make Dealer shut down Special Financing today a real challenge to have a avenue to sell more car with a rich field of customer that need special financing programs and approvals.
However, the subprime lenders are back creating more stringent guidelines but still charging Dealers with hugh bank fees, that make many dealer scratch their heads if they want to sella car and offer the bank more profits that what they are making on the deal itself. To question the bank practice is a hard choice to play in the Arena of Subprime or not. Studies now note that And the New agressive Dealers are back participating in sub prime buyer programs again, as the percentage of buyer credit scores that fall below the 600 FIFO score mark is ever increasing. "What Do Dealers Do" to make a real sub prime department work in todays market? Thats our goal at Carlance is to talk about this real neeed for automotive dealerships to engage, research more the effort to have such a department and specialist in dealerships.

Internet Dealers Click to Opportunity |
|

Carlance managment team just returned from Beautiful Nashville and the Digital Dealer Conference, and it was a eye opener to see many dealer employees that are hungry for internet marketing information to implement in their dealerships. From the west coast markets auto dealers from Arizona, California and Vegas markets, that has been hit hard by the housing industry and bk filings, some market dealers in other area of the countyr, like the many of the eastern and southern states mention that their markets were not hard hit and are now more stable and back to normal. That brings a smile.

The Automotive Right Class |
|
Blame the unions for the doom of the industry the right wing pundit say. The heartless forgetful pundits point fingers at hard working class Americans for the weight of the Big Three problems. The middle class factory worker and retail sale personnel is the core of what built the automotive business. If a car is not built and sold there is no automotive business. The bucket list stops at the basis. Built is Right, Sell it Right! Hold American Manufacturer accountable to making balance of profits and shares. D Gayle Sims, carlance.com contributor
